“I liked everything about the hotel!”

“Everything was good in all really good staff and vibes all around just this incident that happened wasn’t the best and I’m upset over it just keep the rooms clean and check for any bed bugs for the best experience for visitors.”

“Bring some bug spray and your own bedding! Pictures on Expedia are either AI generated or were take. In 1992 when this place was built. It had a certain odor to it when walking in and when I got to my room that was labelled non-smoking it smelled as if someone had just been in there while smoking. I asked to get moved which reception did but the second room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Was not an issue for me particularly but could be for others. Second room at least didnt...

“The room was clean. The jets in the hot tub were not horribly dirty, but I wasn't comfortable using it. The steam room was nice after we figured out how to use it. This property is for sexy time. That is it. That is all. And for that, it could be fun. It has a motel feel to it. I think if it were updated, it could be much better. But the lighting was dim or red. Although the ladies at the front desk were wonderfully charming, I will not be back. I didn't expect the motel feeling.”

“Late after 3pm does not have a room ready, more than two and a half hours to wait, what is shameful, this bad experience. Whenever see a bedbug sticks on the floor in the room what goes on like this, at this price for $105, and saw a bedbug on beds in the backward. This hotel should shut down all due health concerns to be safe.”

“The room was dirty they left us 0 wash clothes, 2 towels, there was pubic hair on the shower wall, door jams rusted out, the shower head was dirty, we had 1 bar of soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, sheets were stained, the floors were unswept and coming apart, the ceiling had stains and cracks, and the fire alarm went off at 11 pm with no inconvenience discount”

“The rooms could’ve been thoroughly cleaned more. There was a bar of used soap left in the shower. I also think you should provide more breakfast options.”

“Bathroom door didn't close. Remote for TV didn't work. In order to access wifi, had to call an 800#. Never heard of that before? Typically, it's written on your card. The pool was shut down due to issues”

“The hotel was better than okay but hardly the 9.4 Wonderful Rating it got. Not even close. I am writing this review because I feel like I was conned. Nothing wrong with this hotel, other than the flimsy bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close fully, but, despite this gripe, and the water pressure was minimal, the staff was very nice and the room was both comfortable and clean. I'd give my experience a Very Good but no more.”
